How do I order?
For standard balloons and arrangements, you can order directly through our website. You will need to have at least 2 days until your order date to order online.Alternatively, you can give us a call or come in store during opening hours to order. You can also still order for same or next day pick up by coming in store or giving us a call. We have more options available in store that are not on our website.
How long do balloons last?
Balloons don't last forever! The length of time they last depends on various factors - the main two being what the balloon is made from (eg latex or foil) and whether they are filled with helium or air. Temperature and climate conditions are the next main factors in how long they will last. Heat will cause helium to expand and potentially pop balloons, whereas the cold will cause helium to contract and balloons will shrink/deflate. The following is a general guide but all balloons will last best in a moderate temperature controlled environment. AIR FILLED BALLOONS will generally last weeks if they are indoors, and out of the sun and extreme temperatures. Sun, wind and rain will impact their condition and how well they last. HELIUM FILLED BALLOONS are a little more complicated! 11" LATEX BALLOONS will float for 12-16 hours and need to be picked up on the day of your event. Hi Float will extend the life of your latex balloons for 2-3 days depending on weather and temperature conditions. FOIL BALLOONS will float for up to 1 week. These can be picked up the day before needed. CONFETTI BALLOONS will float for a few days. These can be picked up the day before if need be but are always at their best on the day of inflation. FOIL ORBS will float for 1 week or more. These can be picked up the day before needed. GUMBALLS will float for one week or more. These can be picked up the day before needed.
Will you inflate balloons I purchased elsewhere?
We sure will! We know we might not stock exactly what you are after, so we can inflate balloons purchased elsewhere. A few points to note when it comes to this: we suggest you check our stock first as we may already have what you are after! be cautious where you are purchasing from - not all balloons are created equal! When it comes to cheap quality balloons, we may advise not to use them. as they are not our balloons we cannot guarentee the quality of them. If they pop or there is an issue with them, you will still be required to pay for the helium.
I need balloons today - can you do them?
In most cases - yes! To order online you must have at least 2 days until your order date, but that doesn't mean you can't get balloons on the same day! Simply give us a call or come in store and unless we are crazy busy with pre-orders, we will sort you out! We do recommend pre-ordering for weekends to avoid delay, but that doesn't mean it isn't possible! Also, please be aware that not all balloon options can be done on the spot and some must be pre-ordered. For example - confetti balloons and latex with Hi Float need to sit in store to set for a couple of hours so can't be done on the spot.
